is through Sign-Up Genius. More than one student can sign
for a particular time slot. I will select which student is
assigned to the time slot based on:
1. First student to sign for the slot
2. Length of lesson (1/2 hour vs. hour)
3. Other scheduling factors indicated in the comments box

FOB / KEY assignments Spring 2012
Lessons at UCM are open to students in a variety of percussion areas. However, due to a large number of percussion majors and minors, lessons are offered in the following priority order:
LESSON PRIORITY ORDER
Music Majors (percussion) / Graduate Percussion majors
Music minors (percussion)
Students participating in Large Ensembles/Music Education Majors
Other students

Students should enroll for the following lessons, as indicated by degree (secondary, 1.0 and 1.5 = 1/2 hour weekly lesson; 2.0 and 3.0 = 1 hour weekly lesson)
Freshman/Sophomores: Secondary Percussion - CRN #11309
Freshman/Sophomores (BME, Music Tech - admitted): Percussion I (1.0) - CRN #11315
Freshman/Sophomores (BM - Performance): Percussion 1 (2.0) - CRN #11855
Juniors/Seniors (BME, BA, Music Tech): Percussion II (1.5) - CRN #11367

Each student enrolled in private lessons is issued a "fob" (electronic access key) for the practice rooms. Access Control is changing how they program doors for fob access. It will be critical for percussion students to pick up fobs during the first week of classes. Read more...
The link below will be activated in August, for students to schedule their fall lessons. Students enrolled in lessons will be notified by email when the link is active.
Lessons will begin the week of January 9, 2012.
