Senior Assistants – Marching Mules

PRIMARY

Supervise Rehearsal Set-up Crew (ladder, yard line markers, poles, P.A. system, tape recorder, cords)
Insure that P.A. equipment has been properly stored in Hudson 103 closet after rehearsals.
Work with Team Leaders on the field (Drill learning; evaluate Fundamentals; "Fix Things")
Assist with uniform  / hat check-out & check-in
Attend a minimum of 1 weekly Staff Meeting (typically on Mondays)
Other duties as assigned by the Director.

Flexible

STADIUM REHEARSAL DUTIES
Bring P.A. speaker / accessory box to stadium rehearsals by 3:30 pm
Return P.A. speaker / accessory box to Hudson 103 following stadium rehearsals
Check to see that podium is assembled, ready by 4:00 pm
Check to see that sound system has been set-up and works properly (by 4:00 pm)

STADIUM REHEARSAL DUTIES
Make sure students are on the field no later than 4:10 pm Check field and stadium for any remaining items at the conclusion of rehearsal

Other duties as assigned by the Director (may include assistance with equipment moving, etc.)

Drum majors will meet for 1 hour weekly (as a group) with the Director

Drum majors will meet for 1 hour weekly with the entire staff

Drum majors are required to participate with Concert Bands until the conclusion of the Fall semester.
