Applications deadline for the 2008 Festival of Champions - September 8, 2008

UCM now provides three ways for high school directors to apply/register for the Festival of Champions:

1.  Complete and submit the online application form.  Upon submitting the online form, you will be directed to a confirmation page.  Please verify the accuracy of the confirmation page; print the page and mail it with payment.

2.  Complete and print the online application form.  Print the form;  verify the accuracy of the application form and mail it with payment.

3.  Download a pdf copy of the application form.  Complete the form and mail it with payment.
